The Why.

Why am I starting this new blog? I am starting it because I read a painful post on facebook the other day.  It was from a sweet father upon the death of one of his sons.  He so openly wrote of his feelings and experience that what he was going through became extremely clear to me and to everyone who read it.  I want this for those I love.  Why?  Because we all share common experiences but we do not look upon them in the same way.  I have some things to apologize for in my life and I have some things that I am proud of.  I want to apologize and make clear what I was thinking, what I was going through and why I did to you and myself what I did.  I want understanding in hope of helping someone else to understand themselves.  I want you to know and I want to remind myself of the things I am proud of and what I did well, perhaps that you may give voice to your goodness and successes.  My first post deals with loss, tender and dear, loss that has affected my whole life and some of yours.  It will create memories and tears as it did with me but my hope is that more than this, it will create understanding.
